Family Needs Prayer

My first time hear that I can remember, always busy.

We need prayer (not pity). My husband and I have been married 34 years, have 3 grown children and 4 grandsons. We raise our oldest grandson (just turned 9).

Our oldest son worked for minimum wage and drove an hour each way to work himself into management. Almost two years ago, the company suffered a takeover and the new company terminated all management ( a business move to start new employees at much lower payscales, happens all the time sad to say). He was crushed and two weeks later his girlfriend of eight years dumped him(I think she had kept her options open all along). Shortly after, this man who never partied in High School , did not smoke drink or do drugs changed completely. He did not like giving blood ro having blood drawn. He started using Heroin and tried intentionally to kill himself. Since then, he has been in and out of facilities and a few months back said if everyone keeps stopping him from killing himself he will go to jail or prison where he can kill himself.

The devil is a destroyer and a liar, but he doesn't do it with ugly showing. He speaks softly, luringly and entices and sways and persuades his easiest marks. Our son goes to court today. He most likely will get what he was wishing for. I have pled the blood and asked for a hedge. Nobody can and will harm him while he is incarcerated nor can he harm himself (thank you Lord Jesus) but we give him back to the Lord and say "Take him to the lowest point where he must go where there is no doubt he will scream and cry out to you Lord God and plead save me and that you can fill his heart and soul and overflwo him with a desire to know and realize only you Lord can save him and you did and you will and he will serve and glorify you all the days of his life and receive salvation when he passes from this place one day and we will witness and enjoy the return of our son but even more rejoice that he is who he was but new and improved because he believes in you Lord and knows you this next time around.

He does not acknowledge the Lord, has no desire to discuss the Lord and is angry and hurt still. Please join us in prayer God takes him to the point where he will know the Lord and desire to serve him and rebuke satan and the destroyer and his minions.
